Back in Action: First Workout After Stem Cells
I finally had my first workout after undergoing stem cell treatment, and I am excited to share my experience with you. After receiving the stem cell therapy, I was eager to see how my body would respond to physical activity. To re-state this stem cell treatment is not given in the USA. I had to go to another country where it’s permitted. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by how my body felt during the workout. I had more endurance, stability, less discomfort than before the treatment, and most importantly I didn't have to think as hard. I could feel my muscles and overall stamina improving as I continued with my routine. It was rewarding to see stem cell therapy's positive effects on my body's ability to exercise. I am looking forward to incorporating more challenging workouts into my routine as I continue to see improvements in my strength and fitness.
